L'Aranceto Casa Solares
Casa Solares has created for his guests L’Aranceto restaurant and Chef Roberto a young calabrian chef has invented a particular “gustus” for his clients a combination of mediterranean kitchen with fresh and tasty recepies. L’aranceto offers fresh fish just served with our vegetable from the kitchen garden. The restaurant in summer has a beautiful courtyard in the middle of a garden of clementines.

Our restaurant prepares all his vegetable recipes with our kitchen garden situated few step from the restaurant in our secular olive trees. Guest taking cooking class will appreciate this by walking into the kitchen garden and choosing their vegetables for the recipes.
