All activities need to be booked in advance and require a minimum number of participants.
Cooking Classes
The cooking class target is to explain authentic recepies of calabrian tradition. The chef will walk with the students first to the kitchen garden where they will pickup the vegetable for the recepies and once back to the kitchen class they will learn the method to cook the recepy. There is also a pizza class where everyone can create his own pizza.
